What this means: on these two networks, new transactions are no longer detected, transaction_detected / transaction_confirmed webhooks are no longer delivered, and balances are no longer refreshed. Data already indexed for these networks remains available through the API. Scope: test networks only. All production networks — Ethereum (eip155:1), BNB Smart Chain (eip155:56), Tron (tron:mainnet) and Bitcoin — are fully operational and unaffected. Still testing? Ethereum Sepolia (eip155:11155111), Tron Nile (tron:testnet) and Bitcoin Testnet4 remain available for integration testing. Our usage data shows no active integrations on the two networks we are retiring, so we expect no impact. Some users may still experience brief, intermittent delays in Sepolia transaction detection and webhook delivery while we continue to monitor. We are still investigating the root cause and are working on a permanent fix. Scope remains limited to the Ethereum Sepolia testnet — Ethereum mainnet, BNB Smart Chain, and Tron mainnet are unaffected. Delayed Sepolia transactions are reconciled automatically once indexing catches up, and webhooks are delivered after the backlog clears.
