Ethereum Sepolia (testnet) — delayed transaction indexing
Resolved

Resolved: The transaction-indexing delays on the Ethereum Sepolia test network have been resolved. Indexing is operating normally across all networks, and any delayed transactions have been fully processed — no data was lost. Ethereum mainnet, BNB Smart Chain, and Tron mainnet were not affected. Thank you for your patience; we will continue to monitor.

Update: Transaction indexing on the Ethereum Sepolia test network (eip155:11155111) has recovered and is now processing at the chain head again. Recent Sepolia transactions are being detected and delivered in real time, and the earlier backlog has cleared with no data loss.
Some users may still experience brief, intermittent delays in Sepolia transaction detection and webhook delivery while we continue to monitor. We are still investigating the root cause and are working on a permanent fix.
Scope remains limited to the Ethereum Sepolia testnet — Ethereum mainnet, BNB Smart Chain, and Tron mainnet are unaffected. We will post a further update as we make progress.

We are aware of an issue causing delayed transaction indexing on the Ethereum Sepolia test network (eip155:11155111). During this period, transactions on Sepolia may be detected — and the corresponding transaction_detected / transaction_confirmed webhooks delivered — with a delay.
Scope: this affects the Ethereum Sepolia testnet only. Ethereum mainnet, BNB Smart Chain, and Tron mainnet indexing are operating normally.
Impact: no data is lost. Delayed Sepolia transactions are reconciled automatically once indexing catches up, and webhooks are delivered after the backlog clears.
Status: our team has identified the issue and is actively working on a resolution. We will post the next update shortly.
